The new dimension of planning for holistic solutions that takes into account the needs in the context of the entire project. LIM (Limitless Integrated Modelling) is the first electronic modelling tool that integrates all disciplines. Do not plan but model!
LIM is not a CAD program but a modular system with which whole buildings can be modelled. In a first version up to the preliminary project with interface to for example AutoCAD and in a second version incl. detail and execution planning. GMP with risk analysis, qualification and validation are included in the third version.

What does LIM do?
- The process description of all process plants with quantities and volumes forms the start.
- Hygiene zones, air exchange rates, pressure conditions are selected from the catalogue or recorded specifically for each project.
- The first room is set up and the process plants are selected and placed.
- The specification features, technical data, connected loads, safety aspects and supplementary information (installation, transport, “10” important information) are stored for each plant.
- Media, energy and ventilation are also formed as a modular system, including safety aspects, additional information and fire protection.
- Integrated simulations of individual work stations, flows, complete operation, ventilation, room pressure control, zone transitions, cladding, media and energies, safety planning as well as checking the static conditions allow constant optimisation of the result.

LEA (Limitless E-Health Application) is a software solution for the immense flood of data in healthcare and its efficient use. It serves the end consumer / patient as well as the medical institutions as a uniform interface.
All health, illness, vital and personal data are stored in a Swiss storage solution under the highest security requirements. This data belongs to the patient and the patient releases this data for the medical service providers treating and caring for him.
LEA makes it possible for the first time to prepare a patient for the ideal treatment as quickly as possible on the basis of a reliable diagnosis, to make the immense flood of data in the healthcare system more usable and manageable and to create structures that focus on the patient. Together with the realization of a high and often careless consumption of drugs in everyday medicine. Thanks to LEA, transparency and control possibilities are created, as well as the potential of process digitization in medical institutions. There are three factors that can drive a new business model. A digital patient dossier is intended to create added value in the B2B, B2C and federal sectors.
